Livelihood follow-up in PAHAL Project - Jharkhand (14th to 21st December-2010)

A 3 step process was applied while during the follow-up.

Discussions over the findings and the suggestions that were given during the earlier follow up done during the month of June 2010 with individual partner’s project team.

Visited the same groups that were earlier visited in June 2010 to identify the developments and also to find out the gaps if any that could be bridged using proper tools at the group level and through group exercise in which PCs and CDOs also participated.

Feedback of the follow up visit was shared with the project team members of all four individual partners that visited. Accordingly, feedbacks from them were also taken on the particular visit.

On identification of gaps, on the job training at field level to the project staff and SHG members were given. For brining about sustained results, sharing meeting was organized at respective partner organizational level.
